How will I receive my list?

Simply login at www.selectabase.co.uk and download your list.

Lists are available in various data formats (xls, csv, csv mac and rtf), which can be easily opened as a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel or other office software. This means you can either import the list straight into your existing database or run a mail merge directly from the data.

When will I receive my list?

By the 5th of each month.

At this point your new list is added to your online account ready for you to download.

This regular update allows you to prepare and plan your marketing resources around the next download so you can use it straight away when it is most powerful.

What is the automatic monthly mailing date?

The automatic mailing date is the 10th of the month. This is subject to the deadlines for receiving your letter documents and approving the print ready proof.

What is the deadline to receive my letter documents?

We ask that we receive your letter artwork at least within 21 days of the next automatic mailing date. We will then send you a digital print ready proof for you to approve. We subsequently ask that you approve the proof within 14 days of the next automatic mailing date.

If these deadlines are missed, then the deadlines for the following month will apply.

Once your print ready proof has been approved this same letter will be sent every month automatically unless you request to change it.

Can I change the letter text or artwork for future months?

Yes, you can change the letter artwork at anytime subject to the usual deadlines prior to the automatic mailing date.

There is a small fee of £15 plus VAT to arrange a new digital proof for approval.

What about GDPR?

All Selectabase direct marketing services are compliant with the GDPR.

Note that GDPR relates only to personally identifiable data. New UK Companies does not provide the personal data of a director or officer’s name, and email addresses or telephone numbers are not included, partly because these companies are so new.

We provide the company registration address (public records) for which the companies expect to be sent business post. As a new company it will probably be one of the first letters they receive, and it is likely that this will be opened and read by the actual decision maker.
